黄粉虫中蛋白质及有效成分的提取和分析.doc

摘要

　　　昆虫是目前地球上尚未被充分开发利用的最大的生物资源宝库，而且它的食物转换率高，繁殖速度快，蛋白质含量高，其中确定可食用的达3650余种。昆虫类食品以其味道鲜美、高蛋白、低脂肪、低热量、多维生素、多微量元素等特点深受人们喜爱，具有非常诱人的开发前景。

　　　随着我国经济迅速发展，人民生活水平提高，对优质动物蛋白质的需求量愈来愈大，畜禽生产亦必须相应迅速发展。但由于蛋白质资源相当缺乏，影响畜牧业的发展。因此，目前许多国家将人工饲养昆虫作为解决蛋白质饲料来源的主攻方向。黄粉的开发即是突出代表之一：一方面可以直接为人类提供蛋白，一方面作为蛋白饲料利用。

　　　本课题即研究黄粉虫的养殖及其应用，虫体的所含的成分及有效成分及其利用，如何提取黄粉虫体内有效成分，例如脂肪、甲壳素等、蛋白的利用与加工等。

Yellow powder development that is one of the outstanding representative: on the one hand can directly provide mankind protein, on the one hand, as protein feed utilization.This topic namely research yellow powder insect breeding and its application, insect body contains ingredients and effective ingredients and use, how to extract yellow powder insect body effective components, such as fat, chitin, protein utilization and processing, etc.
