摘要：采用常规生化分析方法，测定盐角草中的主要营养成分。结果表明：盐角草含有丰富的营养成分，含水分86.7% ,粗脂肪1.8%，总糖3.2%，多糖0.9%，灰分2.7%，粗蛋白更是高达3.4%，氨基酸，矿质元素含量丰富。

Abstract: The nutritional components of Salicornia europaea L. were analyzed with GB(national standards methods)and other related methods. The results showed that Salicornia europaea L. is rich in nutrients, containing 86.7% of water, 1.8% of crude fat, 3.2% of total sugar, 0.9% of polysaccharide, 2.7% of ash and as high as 3.4% of crude protein.,amino acid,Salicornia europaea L. is also rich in mineral elements.
