摘 要:[目的] 从一种龙脑香科植物具翼龙脑香(Dipterocarpus alatus Roxb)中分离纯化出2个以上单体化合物,并确定其结构。[方法] 用醇提法将粉碎、过筛后的具翼龙脑香制成浸膏,再采用层析法、色谱法等方法对浸膏进行分离、纯化和结构鉴定。[结果] 经分离和纯化,鉴定了3个化合物的结构,分别为岩白菜素(bergenin),白藜芦醇四聚体(vaticaffinol),白藜芦醇四聚体衍生物(vatalbinoside A)。

Abstract: [Objective] The aim of this study was to separate and purify more than two monomeric compounds from the plant of Dipterocarpus alatus Roxb. [Method] After pulverized, sieved and extracted by alcohol, the extractum of Dipterocarpus alatus Roxb was then seperated and purified using the methods of column chromatography, thin layor chromatography (TLC), and High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC).[Results] Three compounds were indentified as below : bergenin, vaticaffinol, and vatalbinoside A.
