摘要:于2011年5月至2012年四月对长江如皋段浮游植物群落的生态学特征进行了调查。分别取长江如皋段支流的两条河港十个采样点水样进行分析。根据种类组成,数量分布以及Mcnaughton优势度指数等多项生物学指标,分析浮游植物群落结构,并用聚类分析法研究长江如皋段浮游植物群落的分布特征。结果显示:在长江如皋段东港共检测到浮游植物6门48属116种,其中以绿藻门,蓝藻门为主,其他种类较少;长江如皋段南港检测到两个门,分别为绿藻门和裸藻门,绿藻门只有2种,裸藻门有9种。各种属在长江如皋段各个站点的分布及频次也不太均匀,以绿藻门,蓝藻门出现的属数与频次占主体。实验结果表明长江江苏段的浮游植物群落结构没有发生明显变化,但该江段的水质在趋向恶化,应引起关注。本次实验为该江段的生态环境评价和综合开发利用提供一定科学依据

Abstract: In 2011 May to 2012 April in Rugao section of Yangtze River to the ecological characteristics of phytoplankton community were investigated.Rugao section of the Yangtze River tributary of respectively two ports in ten sampling points in water samples for analysis.Based on the species composition, quantitative distribution and Mcnaughton dominance index and a number of biological indicators, analysis of phytoplankton community structure, and by using the method of cluster analysis to study the Rugao section of the Yangtze River the distribution characteristics of phytoplankton community.The result shows: in the Rugao section of the Yangtze River in Donggang were detected in 6 of 48 genera and 116 species of phytoplankton, the Chlorophyta, Cyanophyta, other less species; Rugao section of the Yangtze River south is detected by a two door, respectively, Chlorophyta and Euglenophyta, only 2 species of Chlorophyta, Euglenophyta 9.Various genera in Rugao section of Yangtze River the distribution and frequency of each site is not uniform, with Chlorophyta Cyanophyta, the genus number and frequency of dominant.The experimental results show that the community structure of phytoplankton in Jiangsu section of the Yangtze River have not changed significantly, but the river water quality in tend to deteriorate, which should be paid attention to.In this experiment the river ecological environment evaluation and comprehensive development and utilization to provide certain scientific basis
