摘 要:[目的]探讨解淀粉芽孢杆菌与棉花枯萎菌处理对棉花抗氧化酶活性的影响。[方法]以苏棉12号幼苗为材料,采用灌根与喷叶法接种棉花枯萎菌、解淀粉芽孢杆菌,比较其对棉花抗氧化酶活性的影响。[结果] 棉花枯萎菌接种可使棉花的丙二醛(MDA)含量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性与对照出现明显的不同;接种解淀粉芽孢杆菌明显地提高棉花超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性和降低丙二醛(MDA)含量;采用解淀粉芽孢杆菌与棉花枯萎菌共同接种后,棉花的丙二醛(MDA)含量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)以及过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性均较低,与对照相似,表现出解淀粉芽孢杆菌对棉花具有一定的保护作用。[结论]各项生理活性指标变化结果说明解淀粉芽孢杆菌能够激发棉花的抗氧化酶活性以有效的减少棉花枯萎菌对棉花的伤害,试验结果还表明,采用灌根接种的方法优于喷叶接种。

Abstract:[Objective] The study was to research the effects of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens and Fusarium oxysporum treatments on antioxidative enzyme activities of cotton seedling.[Methous] With the cotton seedling 12 as the tested material . The cotton was inoculated with Fusarium oxysporum and Bacillus amyloliquefaciens in two ways which is sprinkling leaves and irrigating roots . [Result] The treatment by Fusarium oxysporum would significantly change the malondialdehyde (MDA) contents and superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT) activities of cotton which compared to water treatment. The treatment by Bacillus amyloliquefaciens could obviously increase the superoxide dismutase (SOD) activities, catalase (CAT) activities and decrease the malondialdehyde (MDA) contents. When Bacillus amyloliquefaciens and Fusarium oxysporum inoculated together, the malondialdehyde (MDA) contents, superoxide dismutase (SOD) activities and catalase (CAT) activities were all at a low line. Its treatment was similar to the water,s. It showed that Bacillus amyloliquefaciens can protect the cotton. [Conclusion] The results demonstrated that Bacillus amyloliquefaciens could arouse the activities of antioxidant enzyme so that it would effectively reduce the damage of Fusarium oxysporum on cotton by physiological-biochemical properties. And the way of irrigating roots inoculation was superior to the other.
