中文摘要：随着全球化的不断深入，各国的文化交流日益密切。电影作为一种广受人们喜爱的娱乐形式，成为人们了解外国文化以及进行文化交流的一个必不可少的媒介，人们对外语电影需求的增长又带动了电影字幕翻译的发展。然而，由于我国对字幕翻译方面的研究起步较晚，且翻译界对影视作品翻译的重视度不高，导致我国影视翻译字幕研究相对滞后。因此，采用恰当系统的理论来指导和研究影视字幕翻译技巧对我国翻译领域完善影视字幕翻译具有重大的现实意义。本文从字幕翻译的局限性入手，以关联理论所涉及的三种关联因素——语境，文化，接受者作为理论框架，选取电影《阿甘正传》中数个译例，分析意译、归纳、直译加注等翻译策略在字幕翻译中的体现。以此分析译者是如何使用这些翻译技巧使影片汉译字幕构建最佳语境并产生最佳关联，最终使观众能以最小的努力得到对剧情的充分理解。
