  本课题将翻译该作品的第一章节，其中涉及到的主要内容是：无论做什么事情都要下定决心，在遇到压力时，不可以恐慌，因为压力可以成为财富，而恐慌却只有灾难。这是典型的乔氏风格。这本书见解独到，令人值得深思，并且国内外无人翻译，有很大的翻译难度。因为要结合当代的一些经济理念还有作者的背景，给了我很大的挑战，让我在翻译中浏览大量网页查找资料。这对于英语专业的我来说是一个很好的锻炼，文章因一些专业描写而具有一定难度，对于研究乔氏写作风格的人来说有很大的帮助。

  在小论文中，主要分为三个部分。第一部分主要概括翻译的文章大致内容；第二部分主要浅析在翻译过程中所使用到的翻译手法和翻译理论；第三部分主要回顾在翻译过程中所遇到的问题和其解决手段与过程。

 INTRODUCTION

   Internationally renowned best-selling speaker, Willie·Jolley in 2016 published  Turn setbacks into greenbacks, and immediately aroused people’s concern in the world. In this book, the author points out that frustration is a dollar, which guides and inspires us all. People should look at setbacks as an opportunity, as a challenge. And any challenge may be a positive outcome.All setbacks can be regarded as a comeback in life. Turn setbacks into greenbacks is designed to help readers increase the likelihood of succeed and profit, and to achieve a higher level of business success.

 This translation practice is to translate to chapter one into Chinese.And the author tells us: no matter what things need to be determined.In the face of pressure, do not  be panic. Because the pressure can become wealth, and panic makes disaster.This book is unique and worth pondering, and it has no translation in our country and abroad. So,there is a great difficulty in translating in this part. It is a great challenge to combine some of today's economic philosophy rise and the author's background.So,I need to browse a large number of web pages to find information in translation.This is a good exercise for me.

  My essay is divided into three parts.The first part mainly summarizes the translation of the general content; the second part mainly analyzes the methods in the process of translation ; the third part mainly reviews the problems encountered in the translation process and its solution and process.
