Abstract

 

Diet culture historically has always been the impact of human life. With the development of the times and the differences between the traditional culture of the East and the West, people gradually discovered and studied the differences in the concept, object, way, attribution, attribute and nature of the east and the west food culture. In the East, in addition to China, there are also some countries which have the same civilized history of the mysterious, it also attracts people who want to explore the food culture. It is because of these differences that enhance the exchange between the East and the West. By understanding and feeling the cooking, food, background and table etiquette of each country, people under different background can learn from each other by exchange information. Dietary culture also can reflect many other elements like historical, religion etc so that people all over the world can be better integration.
