中西方酒文化的差异对比分析_英语论文.doc

中文摘要：为了更好的进行跨文化交际，我们首先要了解文化之间的差异，而从生活最微小的细节看这一差异更有非凡的意义。“酒”在我们的日常生活中扮演着不可或缺的角色，我们对这一文化现象的了解可谓信手拈来。研究由中西方酒文化所反映出的文化差异，可以由生活中最常见的，往往是不可缺少的现象中得到最感性的认识。中国和西方的酒文化有较明显的差异:在酒的用料上,中国最具特色、最著名的是用粮食酿造的粮食酒;西方则是用葡萄酿的葡萄酒。在酒文化的核心上,中国视酒为工具,意不在酒;西方视酒为艺术品,意就在酒。本文借助对中西方酒文化的差异对比分析，试图探究中西文化对各自酒文化的影响，以及中西文化的丰富内涵，并以自己的理解，提出通过酒文化的差异对比研究更好地进行跨文化交际。
