中文摘要:面子作为一种社会心理现象,在人们进行社会交往中起着重要的作用,面子文化应运而生。随着经济全球化的发展,世界各国交往日益频繁,人们在跨文化交际中都以自己的面子文化为出发点,并以此标准来指导言行举止,往往容易产生交流困难、误解甚至冲突。由于不同民族的面子文化存在较大的差异,中西方的语用策略也有着不同的内涵。中国面子文化以集体主义为主,强调个人在群体中的形象和个人的社会地位。相反,西方面子文化更加倾向于个人为中心的社会价值观,看重个人的行动自由和个人的愿望满足。选择合适的面子文化的语用策略是在人际交往中必不可少,可以更好的理解对方,促进相互理解。
