中文摘要：本研究旨在对比分析中美家庭文化的差异以及这些差异背后的原因。该研究选择了两部经典情景喜剧《家有儿女》和《摩登家庭》作为关键的案例，而且也使用了吉尔·霍夫斯泰德的文化价值维度理论来解释这些文化差异现象背后的原因。

研究结果表明美国家庭和中国家庭在自我意识、父母与孩子之间的系、面对不确定性时的态度以及性别角色上都存在着巨大的差异。

    此外，在结尾部分，提出出了一些可行的建议来帮助中国人民和美国人民跨越文化障碍，促进交流。
