Abstract:The thesis focuses on the idioms which derived from the Ancient Greek Mythologies, and trying to analyze these idioms in how they influence the English language and be influenced by English culture, for which the English learners can know the English language better and take use of the idioms into specific language circumstance for easier communication.
The mythology of Ancient Greece has constituted a complete and huge system of mythology. The stories in these mythologies are meaningful and thought-provoking.
