Abstract:The Devil Wears Prada is a film to reflect fashion life as a selling point and it released in the United States in 2006. The Devil Wears Prada is a film based on a best-selling novel by Lauren Weisberg according to his own experience. The film reveals the mainstream culture of the United States in three aspects: Individualism, fair competition, and cherishing time. It shows the audience a clear and authentic American society. These values of Americans reflect their attitudes towards life and standards of human beings. We should appreciate this film from a dialectical viewpoint.
