Abstract: Satan is a very important literary image in western history. As the first one who betrayed God, his ambition and power have been proved. For centuries he has left a deep impression on people as a cruel devil but in fact he is a hero who changes our life and belief. He inspires his followers in the Hell and declares a war against the Heaven. He creates a new world with adamantine faith and by continuous struggle he changes the history like Cromwell in reality.

摘要：撒旦是西方文学史上的一个重要的文学形象，在文学，宗教等领域占有极其重要的地位。作为反抗上帝旨意的第一人，他的能力和勇气都值得肯定。长久以来，撒旦的魔鬼形象深入人心，但在本文中，撒旦更像一个与残酷统治者斗争的勇士。犹如现实中的克伦威尔一样，和众多追随者一起建筑新世界。他是勇敢站出的斗士，用他的斗争改变了历史。在重重困难中始终坚守自己的信仰，不懈奋斗。
