Abstract:The current research is dedicated to the analysis on semantic relations among linguistic items within a syntactic structure and relations between semantic structure and syntactic structure. It mainly focuses on interpreting English non-patient direct objects’ semantic features that have influence on the syntactic features of its Chinese translation. With the support of the relevant syntactic-semantic theories and ample examples, the paper reveals that English non-patient direct object can be translated into Chinese as attribute, adverbial, Ba-structure, zero object and two objects. The findings in the paper again illustrate the hypothesis that the semantic nuances of the same syntactic function may have an influence on the syntactic features of its translation.

摘要:本论文主要分析在不同的句法结构中，英语非受事直接宾语的语义特点对其汉译过程的影响；主要侧重英语非受事直接宾语的语义特点在其汉译过程中对译文的句法结构的影响。英语非受事直接宾语在汉译文中可表现成为定语、状语、把字句、零宾语或两个宾语。本论文将列举相应五种情况的典型例句分析说明英语非受事直接宾语语义上的非受事性可能成为英语宾语汉译过程中句法性质发生变化的原因。并总结归纳总结出几类不同典型英语非受事直接宾语，即经验者，来源，工具类，接收者等等。通过这些英语非受事直接宾语在汉译文中的句法表现，同时举例说明其语义特点如何对其汉译句法表现发生影响。本论文将有助于语言学学习者对不同句法形式的英语非受事直接宾语进行了解，特别是对其汉译过程的了解。
