Abstract: This paper aims to analyze the features of Shanghai interpretation examination and to study the efficient strategies and skills of interpretation. Many difficulties and methods are listed below through interview, collecting materials, references and practical experiences. In conclusion, interpretation is a social discipline, and therefore a successful interpreter should have strong language ability and cultural knowledge. Moreover, the ability of quick reactions and good psychological qualities should be developed and promoted.

摘要：本文通过分析上海口译考试学习与临场考试的特点，研究了高效学习口译的策略和技巧，并通过访谈，收集资料，参考文献以及自身的实战训练列举了常见的口译学习中的困难以及应对方法，最终得出结论认为，口译是一种跨文化的交际学科，一名成功的口译者不仅需要有扎实的语言功底与文化知识，更需要培养灵活的反应能力和良好的心里素质。
