Abstract: This paper aims to study the influences of the context of interpreting to the translation process, and shows the meaning and classifications of context. By elaborating with examples the important role context plays in helping interpreters to choose the right word in the shortest time. Context here does not only refer to the linguistic context, but also the situational and the cultural context.

摘要：本文旨在研究口译中语境对于翻译过程的影响，并对“语境”的含义及其分类作了说明。通过结合口译的特点论述了语境对口译选词的至关重要性。并从语言语境、情景语境和文化语境入手,通过实例分析阐明语境对口译快速、准确译词的作用及帮助。
