ABSTRACT:China is a great country with five thousand years of history and rich cultural heritage. The costume culture has been popular both at home and abroad. Being one of the most Chinese costumes, the imperial robe has already been well known by most people, but its complex patterns and the cultural connotation are hardly to be understood. Nowadays, most palace dramas do not pay attention to the inheritance of the traditional culture. It is necessary to provide right meanings of the imperial robe pattern. The article will give brief description of the cultural connotation of imperial robe patterns and study the meanings of patterns from the perspective of Confucianism. Focusing on the differences of the imperial robe pattern in Qing dynasty, the study will make more people perceive the profound traditional Chinese culture, enhance national pride and identity, and upgrade the interests to study traditional Chinese culture.

摘要:中国是一个拥有五千年历史和丰厚文化底蕴的泱泱大国，其服饰文化享誉国内外。作为最具代表性的中国传统服饰——皇袍，大家都很熟悉，但其上的图案及图案所代表的文化内涵却鲜为人知。日前，许多宫廷剧误导人们对于皇袍图案文化的认识。本文深入介绍了皇袍的由来和主要皇袍图案所代表的文化内涵，探索清朝对于传统皇袍图案的继承与发展，结合当时的文化传统，分析其改变皇袍图案的原因及背后体现的文化底蕴。着重描述清朝最繁华的乾隆年间的皇袍，追本溯源，引发人们关于皇袍文化的兴趣，从而推动中国传统文化的传承与发展。
