ABSTRACT:China’s accession to the WTO, the rapid development of Internet and the diseases of the traditional foreign trade enterprises of solid gradually produce a new industry --foreign trade SOHO. In the backdrop of the financial crisis, the traditional trade way has wonderful influence. But the foreign trade SOHO opens another door for us. This is the new technology and a new trade way of the special environment. The system of the foreign trade SOHO is full of flaws, so if it can be perfected, our foreign trade situation will be a new heaven. If we regard the trade market as a swimming pool, the foreign trade market is a deep pool. So not every small boat can swim in it. This thesis studies the problems in personal foreign trade SOHO and explores the proper solutions.

摘要:在中国加入世贸组织后，互联网信息化高速发展，加之传统外贸企业的固疾逐步推生出一个全新的行业———外贸SOHO。在金融危机的大背景下，传统贸易方式受到很大阻碍，而外贸SOHO为外贸营销打开了另一扇门，这是特定环境下，新技术、新观念催生的一种新型贸易方法，在这一贸易方法方兴未艾之时，我们不断地对其进行完善，我国的外贸形势又必将是一份新的天地。如果说贸易市场是个游泳池的话，那么外贸市场就是个深水池，并不是所有的小船都能在这上面乘风破浪。本文就是通过研究个人在从事外贸SOHO时将遇到的困难，探索出合理的解决方法。
