摘要:保利江苏房地产发展有限公司拟在某某市某某区仙林湖以北1号、东至湖北东路、西至现状、北至望月路、南至纬地路,投资180000万元建设住宅及与之相关配套设施项目。根据南京市规划局的规划设计要点,本项目用地性质为二类居住用,总用地面积约为103982.09平方米,其中建设用地面积75464.48平方米,其它代征用地面积28517.61平方米。项目主要建设14栋18层高层住宅及其相关配套项目。

   在认真研究该项目的有关材料,并进行实地踏勘、调研,收集和核实了有关材料后,编制此环境影响报告书。通过环境影响评价,明确该项目建设前的环境现状及其与当地环境的相容性,分析该项目对其周围环境影响的程度和范围,并提出环境污染控制措施,为建设项目的工程设计和环境管理提供科学依据。

   本项目属房地产开发项目,该项目在充分考虑了节能、环保等诸多因素的前提下,按照相关环境保护要求认真配套实施,对所排放的污染物采取污染控制措施,污染物排放达标,对评价区的环境影响较小,从环保角度考虑,本项目的建设是可行的。
