摘要:随着XX市城东地区的快速发展,进驻人口逐年增多,建立系统的城东污水处理工程已经刻不容缓,作为XX市污水处理系统整体的重要组成部分,城东污水处理系统地址选在运粮河以南的高桥村,项目总投资为74333万元,工程总规模为20万m3/d(雨季30×104t/d),包括污水处理厂一期10万m3/d工程规模,预留远期10万m3/d规模建设用地,以及20万m3/d污水收集系统。占地面积达到18.76ha。
城东污水处理系统服务面积约为56km2,包括马群地区、月牙湖理工大学长巷地区、秦虹双桥地区、宁南地区的一部分、机场地区。处理水达到国家GB8978-96二级排放标准的要求。处理水最终排入秦淮河和运粮河,起到保护水环境的作用。
本次论文从保护环境的目的出发,通过调查、预测等手段,分析、判断建设项目在建设施工期和建成运营期对环境的影响程度和范围,对建设项目对环境可能产生的影响进行预测和评价;并针对建设项目对环境可能产生的不良影响,提出相应的环境保护对策和减缓措施,为建设单位、设计单位以及各级环境保护主管部门提供基础数据和参考性意见。

Abstract:With the rapid development of the east of the city Nanjing ,the establishment of the sewage treatment system in the east of the city have been urgent, especially when the population in therer are increasing year by year. As an important part of the whole sewage treatment system in Nanjing , the East sewage treatment system are located in the Gaoqiao village in south of the Yunliang river. The total investment of the project is 743.33 million yuan. The total size of the project is 200,000 m3 / d (during the rainy season is 30 × 104t / d) . Including the first project on a size of 100,000 m3 / d ,the reserve forward project on a size of 10 million m3 / d and the sewerage system on a size of 200,000 m3 / d ,the whole project covers an area of 18.76ha. Including the region of Maqun , the alley in the University of technology in Yueya Lake ,the region of Shuang Qiao Qin Hong, a part of the Ningnan and the airport area, the sewage treatement system provide services for about 56km2 of an area. The treated water meet the national emission standard (GB8978-96) .The treated water are transportated into Qinhuai River and Yunliang River . The project plays a role of protecting the water environment. Through surveying , forecasting and other means of analyzing and judging ,this paper aims to protect the environment in the completion of construction and after the completion of construction .For the possible adverse effects of the project , this paper here give some strategys and mitigation measures. This paper can aiso give some basic data and reference observations for the constructors ,the designers and the environmental protection department of all levels .
