摘要:电镀是使用铬、锌、镍、镉、铜、银等在工件的表面镀一层金属保护层,增强金属制品的耐腐蚀性和美观性的一门工艺。电镀生产污染以废水和重金属为主,有少量的废气和废渣产生。电镀是当今全球三大污染工业之一。据不完全统计,我国电镀厂点约2 万家,每年排出的电镀废水约4.0亿m3 。电镀废水就其总量来说,比造纸、印染、化工、农药等的水量小,污染面窄。但由于电镀厂点分布广,废水中所含高毒物质的种类多,其危害性是很大的。未经处理达标的电镀废水排入河道、池塘、渗入地下,不但会危害环境,而且会污染饮用水和工业用水。电镀废水的水质、水量与电镀生产的工艺条件、生产负荷、操作管理以及用水方式等因素有关,其成分复杂,水质变化较大,其中含有铬、铜、镍、镉、锌等重金属离子和氰化物等,具有毒性,有的属“三致”物质,对人类危害极大。因此,对于电镀废水必须进行治理,做到消除或减少其对环境的污染,达到保护环境、造福人民的目的。
本文在系统收集和认真阅读大量国内外有关资料文献的基础上,通过实验、分析和评述,指出捕集剂的絮凝沉淀技术是电镀废水净化处理的重要技术措施之一。论文比较分析了捕集剂(HMCA2)对电镀废水的净化处理效果,总结了捕集剂的优缺点。
本课题主要对电镀废水的净化处理技术中捕集剂做了一定的试验研究,为未来电镀废水净化处理中捕集剂的选择和使用提供一定的参考依据。

Abstract:Plating is the use of chromium, zinc, nickel, cadmium, copper, silver plated layer of the surface of the workpiece metal protective layer, enhance the corrosion resistance of metal products and beauty of a process. Electroplating wastewater and heavy metal pollution in the main, a small amount of emissions and waste generated. Electroplating is one of today's top three polluting industries. According to incomplete statistics, China's electroplating plant about 20000 points in each of the electroplating wastewater discharges about 400 millionm3. Its total electroplating wastewater, the ratio of paper, printing and dyeing, chemical industry, a small amount of water and pesticides, pollution, narrow. Electroplating point but widely distributed, highly toxic waste water containing many kinds of quality, the harm is great. Untreated wastewater discharged into the river electroplating standards, ponds, seeping into the ground, will not only harm the environment, but also drinking water and industrial water pollution. Electroplating wastewater quality and quantity of the production process and plating conditions, production load, operation management and water use and other factors, which are complicated, large changes in water quality, which contains chromium, copper, nickel, cadmium, zinc and other heavy metal ions and cyanide compounds, etc., are toxic, some are "three to" material, great harm to humans. Therefore, the need for electroplating wastewater treatment, so to eliminate or reduce pollution of the environment, to protect the environment, the purpose of benefiting the people.
Based on the systematic collection and read a large number of domestic and international literature on the basis of the information, through experiments, analysis and commentary, pointing out that the flocculation precipitation trapping agent in electroplating wastewater purification technology is the important technical measures. Comparative analysis of paper capturing agent (HMCA2) purification of electroplating wastewater treatment effect, summed up the advantages and disadvantages of the two trapping agent.
The main subject of the purification of electroplating wastewater treatment technology in the capturing agent to do a certain amount of experimental research, for the future treatment of electroplating waste water purification selection and use of capture agents provide a reference .
