摘要:本文利用层次分析法从经济因素、环境因素、安全因素三个方面对xx学院三种类型的宿舍进行评价和比较，建立层次分析结构图，根据构造判断矩阵的常用比较尺度建立比较矩阵，借助Matlab软件计算最大特征值和特征向量，并进行一致性检验，最终得到适合不同人群的方案.

ABSTRACT:This paper makes an evaluation and comparison of the three types of dormitories with the Analytic Hierarchy Process from three major aspects,including the charge, environment and safety, to form an Analytic Hierarchy Chart.And based on the construction of Judgment matrix’s common comparison scale,it also forms a Comparison matrix.Meanwhile, this paper calculates the largest eigenvalue and the Eigenvectors and also carries out a consistency test with the help of Matlab. Finally, it can work out a scheme that fits for different people.

本文采用文献的层次分析法主要从宿舍收费情况、不同类型宿舍的环境状况和安全因素三个方面对学校3种不同类型的宿舍进行分析和比较，各因素主要是以问卷调查的方式获得比较权重.在我们选择和比较的过程中主要从三个大的方面去考虑，即经济因素、环境因素、安全因素.经济因素主要考虑收费标准和水电费；环境因素主要考虑人均面积、室内布置、使用方便、互不干扰、通风情况；安全因素主要考虑人身安全、财产安全和建筑安全，建立层次分析模型，提供一种更好的选择方案.
