摘要:本设计是依据“云锡氯化法”处理难选贫锡中矿,火法工序所得收尘沉淀,利用氯化钠溶液进行浸出脱氯,得到一定湿度的氯化铅和锡精矿。按照给定的工艺流程、设计要求的年产量,计算出每个工序所需的量,从而进行工艺流程的物料平衡和水系平衡,目的在于在保持母液温度,保证浸出液中氯化铅不结晶析出的条件下过滤,从而减少氯化铅进入浸出底流的量,降低洗涤负荷。
本设计主要任务是确定设备的类型及型号,主体设备的设计,绘制主体设备搅拌槽的工业设计图、设备连接图和车间设备布置图,其中,车间设备布置与搅拌槽的设计是本设计的重点与核心。为了适应我国现代锡工业的发展需求,同时本着节能和获得最大经济效益的原则,并考虑环境保护的因素,本设计尽可能地采用新技术,力求设计更加合理,方便操作,为车间今后取得良好的经济效益奠定基础。
