摘要:本实验以甲基丙烯酸-2-羟乙酯和3-巯基丙酸原料采用脱水酯化法合成了价格低廉的同时含有活性较高的端基巯基与乙烯基的功能型单体甲基丙烯酸-3-巯基丙酰氧基乙酯(MMPOE)。以对氯甲基苯乙烯和3-巯基丙酸为主要原料合成同时含有活性较低的端基巯基与乙烯基的功能型单体3-巯基丙酸(4-乙烯基苯基)甲酯(MPVBMA)。然后分别以这两种功能单体为单体,以自由基聚合为反应机理,进行Click反应制备主链含硫的功能聚合物。研究比较两种功能单体对所合成聚合物性能的影响,结果显示甲基丙烯酸-3-巯基丙酰氧基乙酯功能单体可经Click反应制备主链含硫聚合物,体系不易交联。利用三检测凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)和核磁共振氢谱(1H-NMR)对聚合物结构进行表征测试,证明了巯基和双键发生Click反应,生成了具有高分子量的主链含硫功能聚合物。通过差示扫描量热法(DSC)对聚合物的玻璃化转变温度Tg进行了测试,发现其具有较低的玻璃化转变温度。

Abstract:2-(3-mercaptopropionyloxy)ethyl methacrylate (MMPOE),a novel chain functional monomers,was synthesized from hydroxyethyl methacrylate and 3- mercaptopropionic acid. The polymer was prepared by MMPOE using “Click” chemistry of diolefin and dithiol. Then the other polymer was synthesized by 4-Viny- -lbenzyl-3-Mercaptopropionate (MPVBMA) which was based on Chloromethyl styrene and 3 - mercaptopropionyl potassium using the same method. We compared the influence of the two kinds of thiol-ene. The result shows that the polymer synthesized from 2-(3-mercaptopropionyloxy)ethyl methacrylate was better than the polymer based on-Viny-lbenzyl-3-Mercaptopropionate (MPVBMA) which was easy to crosslinking at room temperature. The structure of the Mainchain- sulfuric polymers was characterized by GPC 、FTIR and 1H-NMR. The result showed the highly efficient “Click” polymerization took place between mercapto group and double bond,and Mainchain- sulfuric functional polymers generated during the polymerization. The Tg of the polymer was studied by DSC. We studied the Tg of the polymer was low.
