摘要:由N-(4-羟基苯基)马来酰亚胺(HPM),α-溴代异丁酰溴和三乙胺反应合成的单体N-[4-(2-溴代异丁酰氧基)苯基]马来酰亚胺(BiBPMI),催化体系为五甲基二乙烯基三胺(PMDETA) 配体存在下的溴化亚铜,在四氢呋喃(THF)溶剂中于70℃下进行的原子转移自由基聚合(ATRP),聚合得环状聚合物聚N-[4-(2-溴代异丁酰氧基)苯基]马来酰亚胺(PBiBPMI),再在催化体系为五甲基二乙烯基三胺(PMDETA) 配体存在下的溴化亚铜,在四氢呋喃(THF)溶剂中于70℃下经由原子转移自由基聚合(ATRP)接枝苯乙烯(St),得到环形梳状聚合物(PBiBPMI-g-PS)。利用气相色谱(GC),三检测凝胶渗透色谱(TD-GPC)及核磁(1H-NMR)等方法对聚合反应过程进行了跟踪测试,并对合成的聚合物结构进行了分析。

Abstract:The inimer, N-[4-(2-bromo isobutyrate benzoyloxy) phenyl] maleimide(BiBPMI) is prepared by N-(4-hydroxyphenyl)maleimide(HPM),α-bromo isobutyryl bromide and triethylamine. The atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP) of N-[4-(2-bromo isobutyrate benzoyloxy) phenyl] maleimide performed in the presence of catalytic system of cuprous bromide (CuBr) and pentamethyldiethylenetriamine (PMDETA) in Tetrahydrofuran(THF) solvent at the temperature (70℃) generates cyclic polymer, poly N-[4-(2-bromo isobutyrate benzoyloxy) phenyl]maleimide(PBiBPMI). Then it graft with Styrene(St) in the presence of catalytic system of cuprous bromide (CuBr) and pentamethyldiethylenetriamine (PMDETA) in Tetrahydrofuran(THF) solvent at the temperature (70℃).At last, it generates cyclic brush-like polymer(PBiBPMI-g-PS). The process of ATRP reaction was characterized by gas chromatography (GC), gel permeation chromatography (GPC), nuclear magnetic resonance (1H-NMR) and the resulting polymers was analyzed.
