中小企业现金管理问题的研究.DOC

摘要:中小企业是我国国民经济及社会发展的重要力量，而现金是中小企业资产的重要组成部分，就如同企业运营中的流动血液一样，对企业的正常运转发挥着不可替代的作用。现金管理出现问题很可能会造成企业的现金流通困难，致使企业出现财务危机，甚至走向倒闭。因此加强现金的管理，对保证中小企业的正常运转和经营效益的意义十分重大。本文首先从现金和现金管理的基本知识出发，介绍了现金的基本概念和现金管理的相关理论，然后提出了中小企业现金管理中较为常见的四个主要问题，再针对这些问题提出一系列改进和完善的相应对策和建议，帮助促进中小企业的发展。

Abstract:Small and medium-sized enterprises are the economic and social development of China's important force,and cash is the important part of small and medium-sized enterprises' assets,it like the flow of blood in enterprise operate,on the normal operation of enterprises play an irreplaceable role.Cash management problems is likely to cause difficulties in capital flows,resulting in a financial crisis of the enterprise,or even lead  the enterprise to close down.So Strengthen the cash management,to ensure the normal operation of small and medium-sized enterprises and the operating efficiency is of great significance.This article first talked about the cash and cash management from the basic knowledge,introduced the basic concept of cash and the relevant theory of cash management,then put forward the more common of the four major problems in the cash management of small and medium-sized enterprises,and then made to improve and perfect these problems a number of countermeasures and suggestions,to help promote the development of small and medium-sized enterprises.

　　　现金是中小企业资产的重要组成部分，它包括现金、银行存款和现金等价物等，现金的收付涉及企业经营活动中的每一过程和各个领域。现金是中小企业生存与发展的命脉，流动的现金犹如企业的血液，必不可少。因为中小企业的收入与支出最终都表现为现金的流入和流出，一旦大量的收入最终无法表现为现金的流入，企业就会面临诚信危机，最终被迫申请破产保护。

　　　近年来，中小企业在我国经济体制改革之下迅猛发展、生机勃勃，其总量已占到全国企业总数的99%左右，在国民经济发展、产业结构调整和社会稳定等方面发挥着越来越重要的作用，已经成为国民经济的重要增长点。

中小企业有无足够的现金用来偿还债务或向投资者支付股利、满足生产经营的需要等，是企业的债权人、投资者、经营者等各方都十分关注的问题。中小企业虽然重视现金，却不重视现金管理，致使大量的现金不能为我所用，或是流失在无形的疏忽管理中。中小企业本来就资源紧缺，为此，我们只有加强现金管理，为中小企业节约更多的现金，去创造更大的价值。如何进行良好的现金管理，已成为中小企业的重要课题。
