摘要:通货膨胀是货币经济中一个非常重要的问题，它涉及到一国的经济稳定、社会稳定及人民生活，稳定物价、抑制通货膨胀是任何一个国家宏观调控的主要目标之一。企业是中国经济发展、社会稳定中一支最重要的力量。然而随着原材料价格上涨、劳动力成本提高、融资成本的上涨以及人民币的升值，目前多数企业利润下降，企业生存受到严峻挑战，房地产行业也开始面临压力。住房问题一直是和老百姓日常生活息息相关的问题，而房价的居高不下也一直是政府和老百姓密切关心的问题。所以，研究通货膨胀对房地产企业的影响不仅具有现实的紧迫性而且具有深远的经济意义。

　　　本文从通货膨胀的概念和理论出发，通过分析通货膨胀下特别是房地产企业的现状和普遍存在的问题，提出了通货膨胀对房地产企业的影响和应对策略。

Abstract:Inflation is a monetary economy in a very important question, it relates to a country's economic stability, social stability and people's lives, stabilize prices, inflation is any national macroeconomic regulation and control is one of the main goals. Enterprises of China's economic development, social stability in a most important force. However, with the rising prices of raw materials, labor costs increase, financing costs and the appreciation of the RMB, at present the majority of corporate profits decline, the enterprise survival is a serious challenge, the real estate industry also faced pressure. The housing problem is and the daily life of people is closely related to the problem, and the high prices have also been government and the people closely concerned problem. Therefore, study on the effect of inflation of real estate enterprises not only has the reality urgency and have far-reaching economic significance.
