试论中小企业财务管理的几个问题.doc

摘要:中小企业已成为国民经济的重要组成部分，其对经济的发展和社会的稳定起着举足轻重的促进作用，如解决就业问题、研制创造新技术等。但是由于中小企业资产规模小，抵御市场风险能力不强，财务制度不健全，又受宏观经济环境的变化和体制的影响，使中小企业在财务管理方面存在着与自身发展和市场经济不适应的情况。

　　　随着市场经济的高速发展和改革的不断深入，我国中小企业财务管理中存在的问题将会更加突出，并呈多样化发展的趋势，而解决途径也会因宏观经济环境的变化、企业自身的发展而发生变化。所以，有效地解决中小企业财务管理的相关问题，增强中小企业的竞争力，成为我国中小企业的首要任务。

Abstract:Small and medium-sized enterprise has become an important part of the national economy, the economic development and social stability plays a very important role in promoting, such as solving the employment problem, research to create the new technology, etc. But because of small and medium-sized enterprise assets in small scale, resist the market risk capability is not strong, the financial system is not perfect, and macroeconomic environment by the changes and the influence of the system, so that small and medium-sized enterprises in the financial management exist and their own development and the market economy is not adapt to the situation.

　　　Along with the rapid development of market economy and reform, small and medium-sized enterprise financial the problems existing in the management will be more prominent, and the trend of the development of the show diversification, and solutions in macroeconomic environment changes, the enterprise itself and the development of the change. Therefore, effective solution to the small and medium enterprise financial management of related problems, enhance the competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises, and become the primary task of the Chinese small and medium-sized enterprises.

　　　随着市场经济的高速发展，我国中小企业财务管理中的问题将会更加突出。只有加强中小企业财务管理工作，才能使中小企业做大、做强，而不至于半途夭折，进一步促进我国中小企业专业化水平的提高和产业的升级与转换，不断提高我国的竞争力和综合国力。中小企业在财务管理上的工作任重而道远。

　　　加强中小企业财务管理是一个系统工程，必须结合我国中小企业的实际建立一套有效的财务管理体系，确定适合于中小企业的财务管理目标，一方面加强中小企业筹集资金能力，另一方面完善中小企业内部财务管理制度，加强财务预算和控制，规范资金使用，提高资金使用效率。我国中小企业要解决目前在财务管理方面存在的问题，还必须在法律和政策方面为中小企业的发展创造一个一般的社会公平环境，同时中小企业本身也必须在制度建设与执行、实施继续教育工程管理和开发职工队伍、与债权人关系和与政府关系以及核心竞争力建设与技术创新方面下功夫。在社会和企业的共同努力下，我国中小企业财务管理水平才能得到极大的提高，从而使我国中小企业在参与国内国际市场竞争中处于有利地位，为我国国民经济和社会发展做出重大的贡献。
