人民币升值对中小企业的影响及对策.doc

摘要:在全球联系日益紧密，经济全球化日趋扩大时，人民币面临严重的升值压力。人民币升值必然对世界，尤其是中国造成影响。而在中国，中小企业是推动国民经济发展，构造市场经济主体，促进社会稳定的基础力量。特别是当前，在确保国民经济适度增长、缓解就业压力、实现科教兴国、优化经济结构等方面，均发挥着越来越重要的作用。为此，讨论中小企业在人民币升值的环境下具有正确指导国有小企业改革，大力扶持各类中小企业发展，已成为当前一项刻不容缓的战略任务。

Abstract:Nowadays the international economy has developed in a more globalization and cooperation way, but the Chinese currency has been under the pressure of inflation. The inflation of Chinese currency will have a deep impact worldwide, significantly in China. The small and medium enterprises in China are the strong power to strengthen the domestic economy and enhance sound societal development. Currently, to ensure the moderate economy development, ease the unemployment situation, enhance technology and improve our economic structure, SMEs play an important role. Therefore, discussion about how SMEs position themselves under the inflation of Chinese currency, especially on reform and development, has been put into our agenda as a strategic move. 在世界经济环境不理想，各国期待中国为世界经济发展作出贡献，中国在世界的地位越加重要。而今年，人民币升值成为大趋势，为我国带来了机遇的同时也带来了挑战。如何在升值潮中砥柱中流，迎合机会加速发展，在挑战中取得胜利是当前中国要继续发展经济的重要问题。中小企业是我国经济发展的主力军，政府在宏观上为中小企业创造条件，同时中小企业加快自身改革，注意成本控制管理、人力资源合理运用、控制财务风险、转移工作重心等方面。顺着时代潮流的形势，战胜挑战，为中国经济发展乃至全球经济复苏作出必不可少的贡献。
