论Excel宏与VBA在财务管理应用.doc

摘要:传统的财务管理工作，手工计算财务指标的工作量大，而且错误的情况容易出现。在手工翻查历史会计资料做出比较和建立模型的时候，不但浪费大量的时间，而且得出的结论不一定完整和具有严谨的逻辑性，导致难以全面系统地进行财务分析和充分发挥积极性和主动性。由于一般的会计软件甚者的费用比较昂贵，给一般的中小企业带来不少的负担，而且后续的维护也会带来一定的麻烦。利用美国微软公司开发的电子表格软件Excel去处理各种各样的数据和统计操作，但是可以非常方便地与其他office软件交换数据，协同完成单靠某一类软件很难完成的工作任务。Excel是一个功能强大、技术先进、使用方便的表格式数据综合处理和分析软件，它以电子表格的方式进行数据处理，并可以将数据以图形化的方式表现出来，同时还具备简洁、灵活的图形操作窗口。加以运用当中自带的vba编程工具可以通过编写程序自动化的完成一定程度上的运算工作。

Abstract:The traditional financial management work, manual calculation and financial index of the heavy workload, and the error prone. In a manual check of historical accounting data make comparisons and build model, not only waste a lot of time, but the conclusion is not necessarily complete and rigorous logic, lead to systematically conduct financial analysis and give full play to the enthusiasm and initiative. Because of the general accounting software product is more expensive, to the general small and medium-sized enterprise bring a lot of burden, and subsequent maintenance will also bring some trouble. Use of the United States of America Microsoft spreadsheet software Excel to deal with all kinds of data and statistical operations, can be very convenient to exchange data with other office software, collaborative completion by a kind of software is very difficult to accomplish the task. Excel is a powerful, technologically advanced, easy to use the form of data processing and analysis software, it with a spreadsheet for data processing, and data can be graphically displayed, but also have simple, flexible graphical operating window. To be used with VBA programming tools, through the preparation of procedures for automated complete a certain degree of operational work.

　　　通过EXCEL宏与VBA的功能不但提高了对财务管理的效率，也提高了对数据处理的准确性。在进行财务分析时，财务人员以前多数都是利用手工计算财务指标，其计算工作量较大。另外，企业都是按照上级要求计算财务指标，很少有自行设计的，因而很难更全面更系统地进行财务分析，难以充分发挥本身的积极性和主动性，不利于管理水平的提高。一些已实现会计电算化的企业，其会计软件中可能有一些可自动生成的财务分析指标，但是可能并不完全符合公司的要求。需要更加深入的改写编程的方法，这样需要更大的人力物力去开发，并不可取。利用宏与VBA实现现代财务管理的目标，是有效和简单的方法，所以提高开发人才的积极性去开发更加强大的财会功能也是本世纪电算化的一种发展趋势。
