摘要：自中国改革开放以来，民营企业作为一支新生的经济力量在逐步发展和壮大起来，已经成为我国社会主义市场经济的重要组成部分和经济社会发展的重要支撑力量。

　　　而财务管理环境是民营企业财务管理赖以生存的土壤，是民营企业开展财务活动的舞台。财务管理环境对民营企业财务活动的影响作用，一方面表现为提供财务活动顺利发展的便利和机遇，另一方面表现为对财务活动提出制约和挑战。所以我国民营企业面临着怎样的财务管理环境，如何为民营企业营造一个良好的财务管理环境，值得政府和民营企业家深思。

　　　本文将就财务管理环境对民营企业的意义和影响作用入手，探究在财务管理环境的影响下，中小民营企业该如何利用和优化财务管理环境，促进企业更好更快地发展。
