摘要:进入二十一世纪以来,随着互联网的快速发展,网民的数量日趋高速增多。互联网的飞速发展和网民数量的不断增加产生了一种新的购物方式——网上购物。由于网购的价格相对便宜、对商品的选择多样、购物时快捷便利、可比性强等特点,越来越受到广大人民的青睐。在过去的几年中,电商企业不断完善产业链,加大仓储物流支付等体系建设,而品牌商、渠道商及其他互联网巨头也纷纷加大在电子商务行业的布局力度,由此极大地提高了网络购物商品服务质量,丰富了网络购物用户的选择而且推动了网络购物市场的规范化。可以说,随着网络的普及和网购市场的飞速发展,网上购物已在越来越多人的日常生活中扮演了必不可缺的角色。

Abstract: Since the beginning of twenty-first Century ,with the development of the Internet technology, the number of the Internet user become more and more. The number of the rapid development of the Internet and netizen increasing produced a new way of shopping – online shopping. Because of the relatively cheap price, diversity selection of the goods, convenience and strong comparable features, get more and more people’s favor. In the past few years, E-commerce enterprises improve their industrial chain constantly, increase the warehousing logistics payment system construction, brands, channels and other Internet giants have also increased efforts in the electronic commerce industry layout, This greatly improves the online shopping’s service quality, enrich the online shopping user’s selection and promote online shopping’s marketing standardization. We can say that, with the popularization and the rapid development of the online shopping market, shopping on the Internet has played an indispensable role in more and more people’s daily life.
