摘要：我国创业板上市公司普遍存在“一股独大”问题，现在已经得到了社会各界的广泛关注。“一股独大”在我国创业板上市公司的发展过程中非常普遍，这一问题对企业自身、中小投资者、资本市场而言都是严重的风险，对企业进一步发展壮大也构成了极大的威胁。我国创业板上市公司“一股独大”要得到解决，可以采取的措施包括进一步完善上市公司的股权结构，进一步规范创业板上市公司的治理模式，以及从制度上保护普通投资者的利益等。
本文将以多家典型的创业板上市公司为例，通过分析创业板上市公司“一股独大”问题的成因，明晰“一股独大”所导致的风险，进而探讨我国创业板上市公司“一股独大”的解决策略。
