摘要：随着市场经济体制的建立，我国各大中小型企业如雨后春笋般相继成立，企业之间的竞争状况也就更加激烈。因此企业的每一步运行都需要事前做好充分准备，在对项目投资过程中往往受到各种不确定因素的影响，这些不确定因素中对投资财务效益影响较大的被称为敏感性因素。企业如果投资运行一个项目，一般来说，敏感性因素的变化很大程度会引起投资的风险，因此，企业的管理者要想获得项目的最大财务效益，就必须在对项目的风险进行控制时能够及时的把握住影响项目财务效益的敏感性因素的变化情况，这样才能全面掌握企业投资项目获得最大财务效益的能力以及能够承担多大的风险，并且根据不同情况制定出相应对策。所以，敏感性分析在企业投资项目的运行中就变得举足轻重，然而现在市面上大多数关于项目投资、不确定性分析的书本材料中，对敏感性分析的介绍比较简单，并且涉及到敏感性因素对财务效益指标的影响的部分较少。
因此本文通过阅读查找相关文献，首先具体阐述了有关敏感性分析方法的基本理论，其次说明了在项目财务效益中使用敏感性分析方法的可行性，并以南京乔森科技有限公司要施行的项目为例，应用敏感性分析方法，对实现该项目财务效益的敏感性因素进行研究。最后通过得出的影响财务效益的敏感性因素，提出现行项目计划中的问题，并提出改进的对策和建议。

If the enterprise capital operation of a project, generally speaking, the sensitivity factors change will cause the risk of the investment, therefore, the maximum financial benefits managers of enterprises to obtain project, must be able to timely grasp the impact of changes in sensitivity factors in the financial benefits of the project of control in the project risk, so that we can grasp the enterprise investment project to obtain maximum financial benefits and can bear much risk, and according to the different situation to formulate the corresponding countermeasure. So, the sensitivity analysis in enterprise investment projects in operation becomes play a decisive role, but now most of the analysis of project investment, uncertainty on the market of books and materials, the sensitivity analysis is introduced simply, and relates to a few factors impacting on the financial benefit index.
This article through reading to find relevant literature, firstly expounds the basic theory of sensitivity analysis method, then explains the feasibility of using sensitivity analysis method in the financial benefits in the project, and the Nanjing Qiaosen Technology Co. Ltd. to implementation of the project as an example, the application of sensitivity analysis method, sensitivity factors to realize the financial benefits of the project the. Sensitivity factors influence the final financial benefits through it, and put forward the current problems in the project plan, and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve.
