摘要:本文介绍了企业财务分析中的杜邦分析法，并将杜邦分析法与上市公司的财务特点相结合，试图构建以每股收益为核心的上市公司杜邦分析法。本文是以徐州工程机械科技股份有限公司为例，分析了杜邦分析法在其的应用。文中运用了徐工机械股份有限公司主要财务的指标数据，对财务指标层层分解、逐步深入，详细分析了徐工机械的盈利能力、营运能力和资本结构状况。通过研究有利于帮助管理者和投资者发现企业财务管理和经营管理中存在的问题，改善其经营管理，保持其行业领先地位。

Abstract:This paper introduces the DuPont analysis enterprise financial analysis DuPont financial analysis, and the characteristics of combination and listing Corporation, try to build on the earnings per share as the core of the listing Corporation of DuPont analysis method. This paper is based on the Xuzhou engineering machinery Polytron Technologies Inc as an example, analyzes the Do Pont analysis method in its application. By using the index data by Polytron Technologies Inc mainly financial, the financial index decomposition layers, gradually thorough, detailed analysis of the profitability, operation ability and capital structure of XCMG, effectively help the managers and investors found the enterprise financial management and business management, improve the management, to maintain its industry leading position.

杜邦分析法是通过对主要的财务比率之间的关系进行综合的分析，以从财务的角度评价企业财务状况和股东权益回报水平的一种方法。它的基本思想就是为了让企业的管理者和投资者更清晰的掌握净资产收益的决定因素，将企业净资产收益率进行逐级分解，得到各项指标的内在关系，从而进行深入分析企业的经营业绩。净资产收益率是综合性最强一个的财务比率，是传统杜邦分析系统的核心。上市公司可以通过杜邦分析法的应用，首先，可以让投资者更清晰的了解公司的财务状况、现金流量的和经营成果的信息，为投资决策提供合理的决策依据；其次，杜邦分析法的运用可以给投资者或者相关利益关系主体在监督企业运营状况方面提供技术支持；再者，可以帮助公司管理者发现公司现状中的优劣势，及时在管理方面做出调整，提高企业竞争力；最后，完善了上市公司经营业绩的评价体系。总之，对我国上市公司杜邦分析研究，具有十分重要的现实意义。
