本文对存货管理的相关文献进行了回顾和总结，阐述了存货管理的基本理论和方法，对南通林川服饰有限公司进行了调研，分析了该公司的存货管理现状，运用了存货管理的理论和方法，剖析了该公司存货管理存在的问题，针对其存货管理存在的不足，提出加强存货管理的措施。为该公司的存货管理提供参考建议，使企业存货管理最优化，实现利润最大化。
