企业成本管理研究-XX船用器材厂.doc

【摘要】成本管理是财务管理的重要内容。目标成本管理是成本管理的重要方法，推行目标成本管理的对于降低成本、费用，提高企业经济效益和竞争力有着十分积极的意义。本文重点选择江苏海宁船用器材厂作为研究对象。首先，分析了江苏海宁船用器材厂的内在经营环境；其次，从具体的生产管理环节分析成本管理中存在的问题；再次，分析销售管理环节中的成本管理存在的问题；最后，分析固定资产管理方面存在的重大问题。并针对发现的问题提出解决方案，帮助企业最大化实现经济价值，提高企业在行业内的竞争力。

【Abstract】Cost management is an important aspect of financial management. Target cost management is an important method of cost management. Target cost management for the implementation of cost reduction, cost, and improving economic efficiency and competitiveness of great positive significance. This article focuses on Jiangsu Haining marine equipment factory as the research object. Firstly, I analyze  the internal business environment of the factory. Secondly, I analyze problems of the cost management in the production management processes. Thirdly, I analyze problems of the cost management in the sales management activities. Finally, I analyze problems of the management of fixed assets. And propose solutions to problems identified to help the factory maximize the economic value of the factory and enhance their competitiveness in the industry.

　　　本文采取的是案例研究的方法，选取了江苏海宁船用器材厂作为研究对象，首先了解江苏海宁船用器材厂的基本运营情况。然后详细研究企业基本生产活动中的耗费，主要包括原材料的价格、采购成本，生产过程中的材料利用等，以及企业的设备和资产的利用状况及企业的人力资源管理现状。

　　　在研究过程中采用观察法，同时采用调查法作为辅助的研究方法。观察法是对企业的财务报表分观察企业的生产过程的耗费，以及企业的设备资产的利用状况。同时通过研究企业的规章制度、薪酬体系来确定企业人力资源管理的现状。调查法是对企业内部的职工采取询问、问卷等方式，调查他们对企业管理的满意度，以及他们在生产过程中的一些习惯性的行为，如对于边角料的处理。
