企业履行环境保护责任与利润最大化目标的关系研究.doc

摘要:本文从研究企业的利润最大化目标与环境保护责任入手，全面系统地阐述了在履行环境保护责任时对企业利润的促进作用，指出企业履行环境保护责任能为企业带来潜在客户以及增强消费者信心，对企业的长期发展必不可少。同时也指出，企业履行环境保护责任也会对利润的增加造成不利影响。其后，通过分析企业不履行其应担负的环境保护责任的原因，就促进企业履行环境保护责任提出政策建议，比如提高企业履行环保责任的意识、协助企业建立环境保护的企业文化、完善相关惩罚约束制度与政府的主导性、建立统一的社会责任评价体系等。

Abstract:This paper proceed with the enterprise’ profit maximization goals and environmental protection responsibility, systematically in the round of the implementation of environmental protection responsibility of enterprises profits promoting effect. Pointing out that fulfilling the responsibility of environmental protection, could bring a mount of potential customers and to increase the confidence of consumers, it’s essential for the long-term development of enterprises. At the same time also it also points out, profit could be increase while fulfilling this kind of responsibility. Thereafter, based on the analysis of the reason that enterprises not fulfill its responsibilities, I promoted my own policy recommendations. This paper describes a part of the examples of successful businesses, it will be useful to improve our corporate environmental responsibility suggestions, be more conducive to improving environmental present situation as well as the implementation of the strategy of sustainable development. For example, improving the corporate environmental responsibility consciousness, to assist enterprises to establish environmental protection enterprise culture, improve the relevant punishment restraint system and governmental dominant, the establishment of a unified social responsibility evaluation system and so on.

　　　如何在企业的财务目标与环境保护责任之间的糅合使得企业能够得到双赢的局面在是近年来财务管理的热点研究问题之一，有很多关于双方是对立还是统一的争论。本文针对国内外一直以来对这项课题的研究及其成果以及逐渐形成的理论体系，并结合我国目前的现状，对如何改善企业履行环保责任，如何把握机遇，在完成财务管理目标的同时兼顾社会责任，以及在更深层次上加深大众对企业应负的社会责任的认识进行了研究和探讨，并提出本人的一些见解和解决方法。
