摘要:质量是企业的生命,是企业发展的永恒主题。质量是和企业核心竞争力联系在一起的,是增强企业国际竞争力的核心要素。
上海质量管理科学研究院首创了质量竞争力的概念:提出顾客、过程、 绩效三个核心要素。本文中,笔者通过运用质量竞争力理论,来研究上海A公司的质量竞争力现状及存在的问题,并提出了相应的解决对策。A公司是一家以电磁线加工为主导产业的制造型公司。随着电力、电子、通讯、汽车、家电工业的发展,电磁线、漆包线产品的需求量也随之增长。我国漆包线生产企业数量也在不断增加,必然形成激烈竞争,A公司以其质量优势立于不败之地。
笔者分六章来描述A公司的质量竞争力。第一章绪论,主要说明质量竞争力的概念、理论产生的背景;第二章介绍了构成质量竞争力的核心要素及结构模型;第三章为质量竞争力指标体系与测评方法;第四章为重点,对A公司的质量竞争力进行分析;第五章主要是针对A公司进行质量竞争力的提升;第六章为结论。质量在A公司赢得竞争优势的过程中,发挥出越来越重要的作用。质量具有竞争力。

Abstract:Quality is the life of enterprises and the everlasting subject of development of enterprises. Quality is associated with the core of competitiveness of enterprises, and is the key factor of enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises internationally. Shanghai Academy of Quality Management Science initiated the concept of quality competitiveness, and pointed out that customer, process, and efficiency are three most important factors. In this paper the author through the ues of quality competitiveness of the theory to study shanghai a company’s quality competitiveness of the current situation and existing problems,and the corresponding countermeasures. A is a machinery corporation with lacquered wire processing as its leading industry. With the development of electricity, electronics, communications, automobile, household appliances, the demand for electromagnetic wire, lacquered wire has increased. As the number of enterprises producing lacquered wire is increasing, intense competition will appear inevitably. Relying on its superiority in quality, Corporation A remains invincible. We describe the quality competitiveness of Corporation A in six chapters. Chapter 1 is the preliminaries, where we mainly introduce the concept of quality competitiveness and the background of the forming of this theory. In Chapter 2 we explain further the key factor of quality competitiveness and structure model. In Chapter 3 we expound index system and evaluation method of quality competitiveness. Chapter 4 is the most important part, where we analyze in detail the quality competitiveness of Corporation A. In Chapter 5 we consider the improvement of quality competitiveness in Corporation A. Finally we arrive at our conclusion in Chapter 6: quality has played more and more important role for Corporation A to gain advantage in competition, thus is competitive.

通过国内外文献的研究和实证研究,通过笔者的分析和归纳,确定了形成质量竞争力的三个核心要素,它们分别是顾客、过程和绩效。并且,笔者运用一系列科学的计算方法将质量竞争力量化。
本文结合A公司的运营现状,根据行业特点对A公司的质量竞争力进行了测评,并与其主要竞争对手B公司进行了比较,得出如下的结论:
顾客:A公司虽然在顾客需求方面识别较高,但顾客也有一定程度的流失;在产品质量满意的度和顾客投诉处理及时率并不是很高,A公司在这两方面仍有很大的提升潜力。
对于产品质量满意度提升措施:主要是提升产品质量,要提升产品质量从四个方面来加强:(1)加强现场及工艺标准操作管理;(2)加强供应商质量控制;(3)加强机器设备的维护和保养检查;(4)加强操作人员及管理人员有针对性培训。(5)协同管理,加快反应速度。好的机器、好的操作人员、好的材料、好的工艺技术标准一定能生产出好的产品。
对于顾客投诉处理及时率提升措施:(1)对于确实是属于公司原因引起的不良,要迅速与相关的管理者一同处理投诉;(2)对于超出处理者权限范围的,要向顾客说明,并迅速请示上一级的管理者;(3)对能够及时处理好顾客的问题是最好的,但有些问题比较复杂或特殊,还不确信该如何为顾客解决的,则不要向顾客作任何承诺,而要诚实的告诉顾客情况特殊,会尽力帮顾客找到解决方法但需要一定的时间,并约定给顾客回复的时间。
