摘要:近几十年来,随着新课改的深入和素质教育的提倡,中学语文课堂教学策略的有效性越来越受到语文研究者的关注。语文教师教授学生的主要场所就是课堂,其教学效率和质量的好坏,决定了语文教学的成功与失败,与学生整体素质的强弱有着密切的关系。
课堂有效的教学策略有利于调动学生学习的积极性,激发学生学习的热情,帮助学生提高自身的学习效率,使学生在喜欢语文的同时,更能把所学的知识运用到生活实践当中去,对提高学生自身的语文素养具有重要意义。
本篇论文主要从学生的角度出发,通过采用问卷调查法、课堂观察法、访谈法以及实地考察法,调查学生对教师教学的态度,反观语文教师在课堂上所采取的教学策略是否有效,对调查结果进行分析,发现其中存在的问题,从而提出更为有效的语文课堂教学策略,提高语文课堂教学的效率,促进学生语文素养的提高。

Abstract:In recent years, along with promoting the deepening of the new curriculum reform and quality education, and effectiveness of Chinese teaching strategy of high school more attention by Chinese researchers. The main place of Chinese teachers to teach students is the classroom, the teaching efficiency and quality, determines the success and failure of Chinese language teaching. That has a close relationship with the student's overall quality level.
Effective classroom teaching strategies to mobilize the enthusiasm of the students, inspire the enthusiasm of students, help students to improve their learning efficiency, so that students in love language at the same time, can use the knowledge to life practice, to improve students' Chinese accomplishment is of great significance.
This paper mainly from the perspective of students, by using the method of questionnaire, classroom observation, interview and on-the-spot investigation, the survey of students' attitude towards teaching, the Chinese teachers have taken in the classroom teaching strategy is effective, carries on the analysis to the investigation result, find out the existing problems, and put forward more classroom teaching strategy effectively, improving the efficiency of Chinese classroom teaching, to improve students' Chinese accomplishment raise.

当前中学语文课堂教学的效果不容乐观,课堂上语文教师教学策略的运用效果不理想。根据问卷调查,从学生角度来反观语文教师方面的原因,大部分的语文教师对《新课标》的整体理解还很肤浅,甚至有些教师对《新课标》的理解有误;一些语文教师的教学理念比较落后,在课堂中所采用的一些教学策略没有发挥出本来的作用;对于学生语文学习方法的指导还不到位;有些语文老师还依旧采取的是传统的教学模式上课;一些教师尤其是农村的语文教师,基本功不扎实;还有教师对学生学习的监管力度不够等等。因此本人觉得要想使语文教课堂教学效果有很大提高,语文教师应加强对《初中语文新课标》的理解,同时强化教学目标意识;克服课堂教学的随意性需要加强修养,提高自身的语文素养;另外,语文教师在课堂上的教学目标要更加明确;同时教师要加强对学生学法的指导,深入了解学生的实际学习情况;还要加大语文教师对学生的监管力度,调动并发挥学生的主体性地位;再加上合理利用教学手段,最终使中学语文的课堂教学更为有效,从而提高学生的语文素养。
