摘 要:随着社会经济的发展，城市化进程的加快、双职工工作压力的增加、学校管理方式的单一等问题的出现，造成了城市里小学生在放学期间内无人看管的局面，导致许多学生家长担心孩子的学习及课后生活。面对这一局面，一种专门负责接送小学生上下课、午饭和午休及课业辅导的行业——托管行业应运而生。笔者通过调查蒙自市“小饭桌”的教学情况及结果分析，发现一方面托管行业帮助学生家长在中午和下午放学时间内照看孩子，且对孩子有一定的辅导教学作用，解决了孩子父母的心中的忧虑；另一方面许多托管班在教学方面存在着一定的不足，据此笔者提出了一些自己的改进建议和想法。

ABSTRACT:With the accelerated process of social and economic development and urbanization, the problems of the increasing work force of dual-career and the single mode of school management and so on result in a situation that urban primary school students are unattended after school. It has become a heart disease of many parents. Faced with this situation, the hosting industry which is responsible for the transfer of primary school class, lunch, and afternoon nap and tutoring comes into being. After a survey about "small table" teaching situation of Mengzi City, the author thinks hosting industry helps parents to look after children in the noon and afternoon which is the school hours, and has a certain remedial teaching to the child to address the anxieties of the parents. However, many hosting classes diet, safety, the hardware facilities and teachers are not good. Accordingly I make some suggestions and ideas to improve them.
