[摘要] 本研究采用问卷调查法,对幼儿教师在情绪耗竭、去个性化、个人成就感降低三个维度进行研究,探讨影响幼儿园教师职业倦怠的因素。研究结果表明:个人因素、背景性因素、社会因素、组织因素和职业因素都对幼儿教师的职业倦怠状况产生一定的影响。本研究旨在了解幼儿教师职业倦怠的现状并找到缓解职业倦怠的有效对策。

[Abstract] This study, in form of questionnaires, will do research on three dimensions which are emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, personal accomplishment reducing, and explore the factors affecting burnout of the preschool teachers. The results show that: personal factors, background factors, social factors, organizational factors and occupational factors have a certain impact on Job Burnout of the perschool teachers. This study aims to understand the status of preschool teachers Job Burnout and find effective countermeasures to mitigate the burnout.

在实习过程中通过与老师的交谈及对周遭幼儿教师的了解,我发现,他们会经常抱怨自己的工作状况,例如收入和付出不成正比,神经时刻紧绷担心幼儿的安全问题,操心家长的投诉,害怕园长的责难,甚至有时候身心俱疲时回到家还要负起身为母亲和妻子的责任等等,幼儿教师的满负荷老师和抱怨的情绪是否造成了他们的职业倦怠,这是一个值得关注的问题。
而研究者本人作为一个即将踏上幼儿教师工作岗位的新教师,也担心会遇到诸如此类的问题,所以,自己希望通过研究幼儿教师职业状态的过程,发掘有利因素,规避职业倦怠,使自己能够成为一个爱岗敬业、乐于奋斗的人,因此,教师职业倦怠的研究成了我的兴趣所在。
