XX市幼儿园保育员职业幸福感现状调查与分析.doc

[摘要]保育员职业幸福感是其职业生活的重要内容，也是衡量其工作生活质量的重要指标。本研究采用问卷法、访谈法等多种研究方法，初步对不同级别幼儿园中保育员职业幸福感的现状、社会地位、工作成就感等方面进行研究。结果显示：不同级别幼儿园内的保育员职业幸福感有着较大的不同；保育员们的总体职业幸福感水平趋于中等偏低；职业幸福感并不随着工龄的变化而变化，而保育员职业幸福感和工作成就感之间却存在着显著相关。

Abstract:  The child-care worker occupation happiness is the occupation life important content, is also a measure of the quality of working life of the important index. This paper using the method of questionnaire, interview method, literature and other research methods, preliminary nursery nurse occupation happiness status, social status, job satisfaction and different levels of kindergarten on occupation well-being affected areas such as research. The results showed: the nannies overall happiness levels tend to be moderately low occupation; occupation happiness is not with the age change, and the nurse occupation happiness and sense of achievement in work but there is a significant correlation between the different levels of kindergarten; the nurse occupation happiness there is much difference

问题的提出

　　由于实际的原因，本研究者有机会和广大幼儿保育员教师接触，在与她们的交往中，她们谈得最多的是工作中的牢骚和生活琐事，几乎没有谈到工作中的幸福问题。因此，这激起了本研究者关注幼儿保育员职业生活的想法。

　　近几年，国内有研究者关注到教师的幸福，而保育员这一职业却没有得到应有的关注，因此有必要本着理性思辨的视角，深入基层研究保育员的职业幸福感问题，尤其是在当前缺乏系统研究的情况下。与其它领域相比，近几年幼教领域掀起了改制的热潮，对保育员和幼儿教师冲击颇大，加之保育员的劳动对象和自身的特殊性，在改制这一转轨时期，其工作状况如何?心态如何?她们在工作中还有幸福吗?等成了非常必要给予关注的问题。鉴于当前保育员领域研究发展的趋势和本研究者对保育员实际生存状况的感性认识，选择了这一研究主题。
