摘要:以邳州市某地域4所乡镇级幼儿园共98名幼儿教师为被试,本研究采用问卷调查法,用段建华对美国国立卫生统计中心的总体幸福感量表(GWB)对幼儿教师的总体幸福感进行调查。逐一研究各因素,如:年龄、学历、教龄、职称对其幸福感的影响。结果表明:1.本地区幼儿教师的职业幸福感高于常模;2. 幼儿教师职业幸福感在年龄上存在显著相关;3幼儿教师职业幸福感在学历存在显著相关;4. 幼儿教师职业幸福感与教龄存在显著相关;5. 幼儿教师职业幸福感在职称上存在显著相关。

Abstract:In a Pi zhou District 4 Township kindergarten in a total of 98 preschool teachers, this study uses a questionnaire survey, with Duan Jian hua on the United States National Center for health statistics on the general well-being scale (GWB) on Kindergarten Teachers' sense of general happiness investigation. Each of the various factors, such as: age, education, seniority, professional title on their sense of well-being effect. The results show that: 1 the kindergarten teachers' occupation well-being is higher than that of common mode; 2 kindergarten teachers occupation happiness in terms of age there is a significant positive correlation; 3 kindergarten teachers occupation happiness in education there is a significant positive correlation; 4 kindergarten teachers occupation well-being and age significantly; 5 kindergarten teachers occupation happiness in the titles of the existence of significant related to.

  笔者通过查阅文献发现,目前国内一些教师职业幸福感的研究,大多数以中小学教师为对象,而对于幼儿教师的生存状况、职业幸福感关注较少。幼儿教师是幼儿身心发展中的“重要他人 ”,是幼儿情感发展和心理健康的促进者。关注幼儿教师幸福感有助于了解他们对自己生活质量的总体评价 ,为有效促进和提高幼儿教师的素质提供心理学依据。因此,研究幼儿教师的职业幸福感,有着重要的理论意义与现实意义。
