摘要：随着网络教育的发展，网络教学平台作为提供学生实时和非实时教学辅导服务的媒介也逐渐兴起，但众多调查研究表明，网络教学平台存在学员访问率低、课程完成率低、师生交互交流少等问题。体现出网络教学平台对学习者的驱动性不足与激励措施不到位。本文研究当前网络互动答疑平台中存在的激励机制，从直接激励与间接激励两方面进行比较，总结目前网络互动答疑平台激励机制的成功模式，为网络教学平台中激励机制的引入和发展提出建议。

Abstract：With the development of online education, online teaching platform for providing real-time and non real-time teaching students to counseling services to the media also gradually rise, but many research showed that the existence of network teaching platform for students to access low, low rate of completion of the course, teachers interactive exchange of students and less problems. Network teaching platform reflects the learner's lack of drive and incentive measures are not in place. In this paper, the network teaching platform and interactive Q & A platform for comparative network analysis platform for their two incentives, from direct incentives and indirect incentives to compare two, summarize the current network platform for interactive Q & A success incentives for online teaching platform for the development of incentives to make recommendations.

研究背景：我国的网络教学于1998年开始起步至今，教学设施日益完善，教学质量也不断提升。国内大量文献研究表明近几年来网络技术和学习支持服务质量总体上得到了规范和加强，但是学习者上网学习的积极性并没有明显提高，依然缺乏学习动力。
研究目的：借鉴激励机制在网络互动答疑平台中的成功模式，运用于网络教学平台之中来提高学员的访问率、提高网络学习课程的完成率以及师生互动的参与比例，提升学生主动学习的积极性。
研究意义：网络教学平台是网络学习者进行日常学习的重要场所，对激励机制的研究能调动网络教学平台中师生教学的积极性，发展他们的个性与兴趣，最大限度提高网络教学的效果与质量，促进平台的可持续发展，更好的为学习者提供适应时代的教育学习支持服务。
