摘要:随着新一轮课程改革的实验与推进,互动教学正被广泛运用,多元互动不仅是新课改的核心理念,同时也是德育新模式的创新探索,新课改提倡让学生学会学习、学会做人。国家新出台的《教育规划纲要》也明确提出坚持以人为本、全面实施素质教育是教育改革发展的战略主题,要坚持德育为先、立德树人。德育互动模式是通过课程、规章、实践、评价等途径,形成和谐的师生互动、生生互动以及学生个体与周围环境的互相影响,从而让高中生体验道德美感,自拟道德准则,参与道德实践,强化道德意识,建构道德信念的一种德育模式。本文在研究南京一中的德育互动模式的基础上提出自己的一些思考和看法,以求在以后的教育实践中有所帮助。

Abstract:The experiment and the advancement reforms which along with the new turn curriculum, the interaction teaching is widely being utilized, the multi-dimensional interaction is not merely the core idea which the new class changes simultaneously also is the present moral education new pattern innovation exploration, the new class changes the advocate to let the student academic society study the academic society personhood, simultaneously national new appearing "Educational plan Summary" also explicitly proposed persisted humanist, the comprehensive implementation education for all-around development is educates the reform development the strategic subject, must persist the moral education for, sets up Germany to foster talent first. How a Nanjing moral education interaction pattern development interacts with the Chinese Middle school family school to propagate the interaction aspect the moral education pattern to have the prominent result, finally, the new class changes under the background the middle school moral education interaction pattern present situation to propose own some ponders and the view in order to have the help in later education practice.

德育是社会问题,只有联系社会、联系生活才能解决;德育是学生成长中的问题,只有放在学生发展过程中研究才能理解;德育是情感的问题,只有教育工作者投入感情才能回报;德育是价值观的问题,只有合目的与合规律统一才能取得实效。此外,素质教育的推行情况也是中学德育互动模式有效推行的关键,只有学生与教师的综合素质的共同提升才能积极参与到德育的创新工作中来。
参与性也是德育有效性推行的关键,如何让全体师生都主动参与进德育模式的创新是整个社会公共需要思考的问题。
