摘要:进入新世纪新阶段以来,经济社会的变化日新月异,各种社会观念的更新不断加快,这种经济生活的变化必然推动道德生活的变化,表现出新的道德问题,引发人们对高校德育模式的深思,提出在高校构建主体性德育模式。本文首先对主体性德育模式特征进行介绍,进而从德育对象主体作用、学生实践能力、德育评价体系以及德育教学方法四个方面分析XX学院主体性德育模式建构的必要性,最后提出XX学院主体性德育建构的策略,以提高德育的实效性。

ABSTRACT:Since we enter the new century, our economic and social change rapidly, various kinds of social idea renewal fast, but the changes in economic life was bound to promote the moral life changes, that has showed a new moral problem which has caused people to college moral education mode in thinking and has put forward the construction of subjective moral education pattern. Firstly, this passage introduces the characteristics of subjective moral education in present. And then, it analysis the necessity of building Honghe University subjectivity moral education mode from the target of moral education subject role, the students practical ability, moral evaluation system and moral education teaching method. Finally, it puts forward the strategy of constructing subjectivity moral education in Honghe University, in order to improve the effectiveness of moral education.

当前学校德育教学过程中学生主体性被忽视的状况在不断改善,但效果还不是很明显,增强学校德育的实效性需探索切实可行的主体性德育模式。这一模式的实施,要求教育主体更新观念,加强德育实践环节,教师采用灵活多样的教学方法以满足学生学习的需要,并且在德育的考核评价过程中充分发挥学生的主体性,让学生参与结果的考核。这一模式的实施,不仅要求学生提高自身的认识,主动发挥自身的主体性,增强学习的效果,而且要求教师要及时更新观念,引导学生正确发挥自己的主体性,提高德育实效性。相信在教师和学生的共同努力下,主体性德育模式会取得更好的效果,真正达到学校“以学生为中心”教学模式实施的目的。
