摘要:随着人类社会进入知识经济时代,IT行业得以迅猛发展,对推进全球的经济进步做出了重要贡献。而在IT企业的发展过程中,关系到企业的业务发展乃至企业的生存问题的人力资源管理问题为企业家和研究者们普遍关注。若没有足够的人员人才储备,就不能够保证人力资源的持续性,更不用说提高企业的核心竞争力,因此吸收大量的优秀人员成为了每个IT企业首要解决的问题。

   员工管理的好坏关系到一个企业的兴衰成败。然而,当今IT企业的内部核心员工流动率达到了30%,流失的问题日益加剧成为企业继续高速发展的障碍。面对许多复杂的可能性因素,IT企业里的人力资源管理者希望找到影响核心员工流动意图的各种因素,从而能有针对性地建立起有效及可持续的员工保留策略。

Abstract:As the human society enters into the era of knowledge economy, the IT industry has been developed rapidly, besides, it has made great contributions to advance global economic progress. In the course of development of IT enterprises, the problems of human resources management(HRM) not only influence the business development of enterprises but also the existence of them, issues of HRM are being paid close attention generally by the entrepreneur and researchers. Among them, the brains drain is regarded as the basic task of human resources management in IT companies and being attracted more and more attention by people. If the staffs do not have enough talent reserve, they can not guarantee the stability of human resources, needless to say to raise the core competitiveness of enterprises.

   Still, the quality of management staff has an effect on the success or failure of an enterprise. However, turnover rate of the core staff in IT enterprises has reached 30% in nowadays. The increasingly issues of this problem has become a balk for IT industry. Facing the possibility of those complex factors, human resource managers in IT enterprises hope to find the core of the brain drain and the intent of a variety of factors, which can be targeted to build up effective and sustainable strategies to retain the staffs.
