摘要:近年来,中间业务以其经营范围广、品种多等特点逐渐成为我国商业银行重要的利润增长点。中间业务作为现代银行业三大支柱业务之一,具有高盈利、低风险和收入稳定等诸多优点,是衡量银行经营水平和竞争能力的主要标志。中间业务已成为国际商业银行新的利润增长点和核心业务之一,商业银行通过中间业务起到了服务客户、联系客户、促进银行传统资产负债业务发展的作用,拓展了更宽广的盈利空间。我国商业银行与国外商业银行中间业务的发展水平相比,在数量、质量上还存在很大的差距和不足。本文首先阐述了商业银行中间业务相关知识,其次分析我国商业银行中间业务发展的背景及现状,接着进行了中外商业银行中间业务之间的比较,最后提出我国商业银行发展中间业务的建设性的对策。

Abstract:In recent years, Intemlediate Business become our country’s commercial bank important profit growth point gradually because of  its wide scope of business and lots of varieties . Intemlediate Business as one of the three underpinning businesses of contemporary commercial banks,Intemlediate Business with high profit, low risk ,stable income, and many other advantages.it becomes the  main mark of the bank management level and the competition ability. Intemlediate Business has become new profit growth point and one of the core businesses of the international commercial bank.The commercial bank’s Intemlediate Business play an important role of serving  customers, contacting customers, promoting traditional bank assets and liabilities of the business and expanding the profit space .Compared with foreign commercial bank, there a large gap in the quantity, quality in our country’s Intemlediate Business of commercial bank .This article firstly elaborates the intermediary business, secondly analyzes our country commercial bank  intermediary business development situation, thirdly compared the Intemlediate Business between the Chinese and foreign commercial Banks, and finally put forward Constructive measures  of developing the intermediary business of china’s Commercial Banks.

   大力开展中间业务是银行业生存发展、自我完善的需要,是寻求新的收益渠道和发展空间的理性选择,是顺应商业银行国际化潮流的战略调整。随着我国经济的快速发展,信息技术的不断提高,民众对中间业务开展的需求不断加大,相信在不久的将来,我国中间业务的现状会得到改善,我国银行业也会突飞猛进的发展。

因此,我国商业银行应抓住发展契机,大力改善发展中间业务中存在的问题,完善法律法规,完善发展中间业务的组织管理体系,大胆的进行创新,全面更新经营理念,提高对中间业务的认识,确立资产业务、负债业务与中间业务三架马车并驾齐驱的战略思想,实现中间业务快速、健康的发展。
